Our ​story

Lime and Lemon has been opened in 2015 by Christian and Kasia Wybaux and Aurelien Neri.We are a ambitious gro

up of young professionals, but with a lot of experience in the world of catering. Each of us is from different parts of Europe, our 10 years old friendship has started in London where we have met while building our career and gaining experience in London's best restaurants and hotels.Head Chef Christian and his team work closely together and always strive to achieve perfection.The front of house team is directed by Kasia and Aurelio who will create fun and relaxing atmosphere. Enjoy the ride through our world.

While much has changed since we opened in 2015 – the Lime and Lemon team has expanded, arrival of exciting new ingredients fill our cupboards, more creative plates jumped on our menu. Staff members who’ve been together for years, recipes, dishes and ingredients that are old and trusted favorites and a philosophy at the heart of all we do that is as true today as it ever was.
