Welcome to Lime & Lemon
Gastro Tapas Bar- we are not just another restaurant, its a whole culture of its own - a total dinning experience. We offer selection of small and more substantial dishes, slightly more adventurous, something very different from the typical and more formal starter, main course and dessert, found on the menu of most eateries.The joy of tapas is in sharing different plates and flavors as a true culinary and convivial celebration to be enjoyed with friends and family.
HOW TO EAT TAPAS
Tapas is a traditional way of getting friends or family together and combining conversation with an informal meal made up of a number of different dishes, dishes that you share.
The basic idea is that, rather than each person ordering separately and then eating from a single plate, the group select a combination of different “small portion” dishes and just pick away at them.The best way to get the most out of a tapas night (or lunch) is to base your selections on an order of between three and four tapas per person.
The emphasis is on sharing and being casual and relaxed. The food is often a talking point and you all get the chance to compare notes on everything that you eat.

As ever, our food is freshly made. Wherever possible, we source our goods locally within Spain and Europe. We are particularly proud to be working with so many small, local, artisan food producers. The cupboard is wide, the menu ever-changing and the experiments ever-underway. We continue on with both a boundless enthusiasm and an unswerving dedication to detail.
Chefs offers us a fun range of signature tapas and small dishes, which represent an imaginative reinterpretation of traditional Mediterranean cuisine, based on seasonal ingredients. Thanks to its original presentation and the attention to detail in the composition of its dishes, Lime and Lemon makes us complicit in a culinary experience to enjoy and share.

Where to start? Lime & Lemon is an oasis amongst the mundane options on the Benalmadena beach walk.
We first came across this restaurant two years ago and have made it a required stop on our visits ever since. The food is creative, inspired and perfectly prepared. The drink selection will appeal to all with great wine, beer and cocktail options.
Last but not least: the staff. The owners also work the floor. They are extremely inviting and have an amazing level of pride in not only in what they do but the experience they provide to their customers throughout their visit. Be sure to call and make a reservation in advance to make sure you get a seat!
I highly recommended Lime & Lemon and I very much look forward to returning next year for multiple visits!

A definite MUST visit when in Benalmádena. The Tuna Thai salad is to die for, one of the best salads I’ve ever had - seriously - the tuna, the sides, the garnish ♥️ Me and my friends went again for dinner and - OH MY GOOOOOSH ♥️
The tapas - can’t even point out the best, cause they all were just perfect. The tuna tartare - exquisite- almost enough as a full portion, the Octopus - ♥️, beef taco simply mouthwatering. Didn’t have place in the belly, but wanted to try them all. However, we could find place for the deserts - seriously - take all of them!!! Or at least the chef’s top 5 for 8€. Totally amazing... the custard brûlée, the special desert with mojito sorbet ♥️ and the staff - well, as good as the menu

What a team!
We dined twice during March 2018 with another couple. Orillio, Caixa and the kitchen team are amazing. Highly efficient, polite and patitent even when extremely busy. Delicious tapas selections beautifully presented. Very reasonable prices. Reservations recommended - very prompt responding to email requests.
